PUBLIC NOTICE

ADOPTION OF A MUNICIPAL BY-LAW

Public notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the Local Governance Act, the Municipal Council of Bois-Joli intends to proceed with the adoption of the following by-law by giving first reading by title to the ordinary meeting of October 21, 2025, and the second reading by title, the reading of a summary and its adoption at the regular meeting of the municipal council to be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025:

Anyone interested in consulting the aforementioned by-law can do so from the municipality's website (www.bois-joli.ca) or by going to the office of the municipal clerk, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, at 1447, ave. des Pionniers, Balmoral, until November 25, 2025, before it passes 3rd reading.
